chore(skills): delete the duplicate .cursor account-setup skill Two copies of account-setup-from-transcript had drifted 69KB apart, and hand-syncing them is what let them diverge. .claude is canonical; this removes the stale copy, which still told setup to seed slackNotifications.digestTime and postMeetingDrafts — both deleted earlier in this branch.
