top-rep-playbook.tsfeat: agent-authored dashboards in Cedar Docs
Add a generic dashboard engine that renders ```dashboard JSON fences as live,
interactive components inside Cedar Docs: a zod-validated spec (named data
sources + recursive block tree), a recursive renderer (tabs, tables, charts,
funnels, stat tiles, comparison, repeater cards, doc links), mock- and
query-backed sources, a tRPC execute route, and a createDashboard agent tool.
Round-trips a dashboardBlock node through the markdown parser/serializer so the
spec survives markdown -> Y.js -> editor. Includes a hardcoded "top rep
playbook" fixture (objection win-rates grounded in the org wiki) seeded as
linked /brain docs, a /dashboard-demo preview, and an architecture doc covering
what is engine vs. hardcoded.
