Share files and agents

You can share a file or an agent with a teammate from the Share panel , invite them, send a typed link (who can open it, when it expires, a password if you want one), or approve an access request. Files others share with you land under Shared with me, labeled with who shared them, and a Shared column on the row answers who can see it.

If you open something you cannot access, Cedar says so and offers the way in , request access , instead of a blank page.

• Org admins can open a teammate's agent workspace , instructions, files, and runs , without switching accounts
• The Brain hero has an AOP picker, defaulting to Deals, so you start from the playbook you mean
• An agent's Chats tab now lists your real threads with that agent
• You can ask Cedar to update Slack, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp connection settings , disconnect a seat, change which WhatsApp chats sync, or resolve a channel-link proposal
• Slack alerts after a new email should land sooner. The follow-up draft, the deal read, and the notifier now run together instead of waiting in line

Fixes

• A conversation that got stuck as "not a deal" from a thin first email is reclassified when a real meeting happens, and you still get pre-meeting prep for that call
• Meeting-prep documents (and other writes) no longer fail because the agent sent an empty attachment field
• Opening a teammate's agent instructions as an org admin loads the document instead of a blank editor
• Duplicate is no longer offered on a teammate's agent, where it cannot work
• Viewing a teammate's workspace is read-only , write buttons go quiet, and their Files tab shows their files
• Running an agent against a deal now checks you are on that deal

Behind the scenes

• Sharing uses one access check for both a single document and a listing, and six authorization holes found in review were closed
• Staff debug sessions are scoped to the MCP connection, not the whole staff account
• Chat-thread reads now go through the same authorization path as other cross-user reads
• Daily agenda and meeting-prep on the Sol model experiment no longer fail immediately
• Chat-service typecheck on staging is green again
• A Slack digest button that used to post a one-line receipt now delivers the actual write-up into the thread
• Cedar's configuration knowledge now covers LinkedIn and WhatsApp connection settings
• A design for an org-wide agent list, with the numbers behind it
