• Rendered the unfinished and completed agent-configuration states to compare the presence of the working animation in the unfinished state and idle behavior after completion.
• Rendered the data-layer timeline reader avatar to confirm the avatar includes the working animation structure.
• Captured browser recordings that compare the previous static state with the updated animated working state.
• Validated the onboarding focus test set, which passed with 3 suites and 16 tests.
• Validated the two hypotheses about the rendering and avatar behavior; both hypotheses passed, and temporary authored files were copied into trex-artifacts and removed from the app worktree.

Summary

This update replaces the unsupported static onboarding avatar state with the established working animation during agent configuration and data-layer timeline activity. Focused rendering checks confirm the active animation appears while work is in progress and the configuration avatar returns to idle after completion.
