Terms of service
Last updated September 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of Libra Logs (libra.exla.ai/logs), a product of Exla ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to viraat@exla.ai.
Your account
You are responsible for activity in your workspaces and for keeping your API keys private. Tell us promptly if you believe a key or your account has been compromised.
Your data
You own the logs and code you send us. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Libra Logs to you, as described in the privacy policy. Do not send data you are not allowed to share with us.
Acceptable use
Do not use Libra Logs to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
New workspaces start on the Free plan: no card, a fixed monthly amount of logs included. You can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time, billed monthly through Stripe from the day you upgrade at the price shown on the pricing page, with no trial. Pro charges for gigabytes ingested beyond the included amount; Starter and Free are both a flat fee with a hard ingest cap. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period and the workspace returns to Free.
Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms; we will update this page and email account owners about material changes. You can stop using Libra Logs and ask us to delete your account at any time.
No warranty
Libra Logs is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
