Do you charge extra for seats or team members?
No. Cloud covers your whole team. Queries, seats, MCP calls, and Ask have no separate charge.
Do you charge to keep my logs?
No. Retention isn't metered separately; only the gigabytes you ingest count toward your plan. Datadog, for comparison, charges for every log line you index.
What happens if I go over my plan's included GB?
Cloud is hard-capped at 25 GB a month: ingest is refused past your included amount, so you never get a surprise bill.
