Terms of service
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms cover your use of Libra Logs (exla.ai), a product of Exla ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions go to viraat@exla.ai.
Your account
You are responsible for activity in your workspaces and for keeping your API keys private. Tell us promptly if you believe a key or your account has been compromised.
Your data
You own the logs and code you send us. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide Libra Logs to you, as described in the privacy policy. Do not send data you are not allowed to share with us.
Acceptable use
Do not use Libra Logs to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
New Cloud workspaces start with a 30-day free trial and require a credit card up front. After the trial, Cloud costs $20/month, billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page. It is a flat fee with a hard monthly ingest cap and no usage charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Workspaces created before this plan keep the terms they started on.
Changes and termination
We may change the service or these terms; we will update this page and email account owners about material changes. You can stop using Libra Logs at any time. A workspace owner can delete the workspace and all the data in it from Settings, which also cancels a paid plan.
No warranty
Libra Logs is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
